Provide all labor and materials necessary to demolish and remove concrete tank and appurtenances; provide all lines and grades; perform excavation, filling, backfilling to include compacting and final grading; test and inspect; furnish, transport, place, consolidate and finish all cast in place concrete; design, furnish, fabricate, install and remove all formwork, shores and bracing; furnish, fabricate, and install all reinforcing steel, prestressing steel and all necessary supports for reinforcing and prestressing steel; furnish and install all waterstops, joint fillers, and joint sealers; and furnish, install, test and disinfect a precast, prestressed concrete potable water storage tank and appurtenances.
