The work consists of replacing the energy monitoring and control system (EMCS), fire alarm, security, public address, television, sound, Code Blue and lighting systems, and replacing all the HVAC terminals throughout the Hospital. The contract will provide preventative and repair maintenance of the existing systems during the construction period and options to extend the maintenance and operation of the new system during the service contract period.
