This is a five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with five separately priced periods/years. The work is repair of pavements at Hill AFB and Oasis, Utah. Delivery orders will be issued on an as needed basis. There is a guaranteed minimum of $500, 000.00 over the life of the contract. The contract maximum will be $30,000,000.00. A bid bond of $100,000.00 is required with the proposal. A performance bond of $2,000,000.00 and a payment bond of $1,000,000.00 are required from the successful contractor after award. The amount of these bonds will need to be increased as the aggregate amount of outstanding orders increases.
