Work includes but is not limited to: Convert the existing test well to a permanent production water well; Provide a water delivery system from the water well to the existing 4000 gallon underground tank; Provide a Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) type water treatment system capable of producing 265 gallon per day of potable water. The new water well and the treatment system shall have a 20-year production life. Estimated Range is $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 75 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
