The agency need is for One Oil Spill Response System including following features: 150 meters (500 feet) of boom, which is PVC/Nitrite, bright orange rubber-coated woven polyester, durable fabric resistant to oils, seawater and sunlight. Foam floats, plated ballast weights and three reinforcement bands, each with a tensile strength of 2 tons, supplied with 50 foot (15 meter) sections with ASTM quick connectors.
