The Defense Distribution Depot Warner Robins (DDWG) located at Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, GA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all equipment, material, control components and engineering necessary to modify the existing Mechanized Receiving Material Handling System (MMHS). The MMHS is used to deliver material to and take away material from Receiving Workstations where personnel will inspect and process material. Included in this requirement is the relocation of existing conveyor to fill gaps leading to the modified workstations. Updating the PLC controlling the existing conveyor system is also part of this requirement. Also included in the requirements is the purchase and installation of a gravity pallet conveyor. The Government requires final acceptance of the complete system within 120 calendar days following the date of contract award. Date and time for the pre-proposal conference/site visit will be indicated in the solicitation package.
