The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to enter into and place a class of orders under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Systems Company, 6600 Chase Oaks Blvd., MS 8497, Plano, Texas 75023. The BOA will be established with Raytheon Systems Co. due to the proprietary nature of the data needed to perform the required services and is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The BOA will provide for engineering studies, configuration management, operational support and field team support in support of the development, shipping, testing and integration into the Pacific Missile Test and Facilities Maritime Surveillance Sensor Test and Integration Center (MSSTIC) laboratory of the UHF Electronically Scanned Array Radar.
