We are seeking sources, technical information and approximate costing for the CLSP. The CLSP is a portable system that will enhance the ability of Brigade and Battalion level Unit Ministry Team's (UMT) capability to carry ecclesiastical supplies, two packed chaplain resupply kits (42.5 pounds each, approximately 14 inches X 14 inches X 13 inches each LxWxD), administrative supplies and computer hardware in a consolidated package wherever they travel on the battlefield. The CLSP container must be able to function as a field desk/computer work station and must have a removable panel (ex. cover or top) which can function as a portable altar. The dimensions of the portable altar should be a minimum of 18 inches X 36 inches X 30 inches in height and a maximum of 24 inches X 48 inches X 30 inches in height. The portable altar must be able to support 45 pounds, and detachable legs are to be part of the configuration. The case must have tailorable compartments to accommodate the items listed above.
