612-370-2130 The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal
and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services in
Austin, Texas has a need for a cost/benefit analysis for the control
and/or eradication for three major livestock diseases such as bovine
brucellosis, hog cholera, and cattle tick fever on the Texas livestock
industry and consumers. This procurement will be awarded as a fixed
price contract. All effort shall be completed and all reports delivered
by September 30, 1999. This effort is being advertised full and open
competition under SIC 8732, Commercial Economic, Sociological, and
Educational Research. The solicitation, 99-3874, will be released on or
