The consultant shall evaluate approximately 7400 feet of reinforced concrete road and approximately 3000 feet of storm drain. The evaluation will determine existing condition of these utilities and indicate those areas that require repair and or replacement. The evaluation report shall also include a cost estimate for the necessary construction to repair. Selection of firm is to be based upon recent specialized experience and professional qualification of staff and/or consultant assigned to project. Estimated construction cost range of the project: $100,000 and $250,000. Upon completion, the evaluation shall be reviewed and a determination made concerning award of contract.
