The contract period will be for a total of five to eight years (base year with one year options). The anticipated start date will be 1 Apr 00. This solicitation, when issued, will be IAW OMB A-76 and will not result in a contract if government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The applicable SIC Code for this solicitation is 4581 and the corresponding size standard is $5 million (gross revenues averaged over the past three years).
