The Office of Personnel Management is soliciting proposals to provide conference facilities, audiovisual support, sleeping accommodations and food services for OPM Office of Workforce Relations' Symposium on Employee and Labor Relations (SOELR) Conference for up to three years, one year plus two option years. This is an annual 4 1/2 day conference for approximately 1,000 federal employee professionals. Offerors should propose dates which fall anywhere between March and April. Sites must be at least 50 miles outside of the Washington, DC metro area and be within 50 miles of an airport which services major cities in the continental United States and provides bus, limousine or train service to and from the offeror's facility. Restaurants and eating facilities appropriate to meet the diverse needs of 1,000 attendees must be within reasonable walking/driving distance of the conference facility. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7011, with a small business size standard of $5 Million in annual gross sales for the proceeding 3 years. This procurement is unrestricted, allowing both large and small businesses to submit proposals.
