This project includes installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the main house at Ulysses S. Grant NHS, St. Louis, Missouri. Electrical service and new panels will be installed and wiring for the structure, other mechanical systems, and general electrical circuits will be accomplished. Installation of plumbing waste drains and hot and cold supplies, a fire suppression system, a sub-floor radiant heating system and a heat pump, including a geo-thermal well field, will be installed under this project. Telephone circuits, fire and intrusion alarm systems, and a auxiliary power system will be installed. The Main House is a National Historic Landmark.
