This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 99Q064 is issued as a Request Quotations (RFQ). All references of "offers" are understood to be "quotations". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. The SIC code is 5063, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for the purchase of new Senstar Stellar equipment and components. Contractor shall provide new Senstar Stellar equipment and components, as follows: one (1) Senstar 100 Small Software System, model SW-S (J2KT0801), two (2) each, Computer, Industrial, 19" rackmount enclosure, 4ISA/PC slot motherboard, minimum configuration P166, 16Mb RAM, 2.0 Gb HDD, 3.5" FDD and 300 W psu, model HW-S4A (00SP1600); two (2) each Keyboard, desktop 101 key, model HK-DT (B0184); one (1) each Logitech Serial Mouse, model HX-MS (E0237); two (2) each Keyboard Eliminator, VETRA VIP-325-A, Model HX-KE (E0329); two (2) each, Interface Card -- VGA Color & Mono Monitors, Model HX-V2 (B0235); two (2) each, VGA Color monitor with Touchscreen, 17", Rackmount, 115/230 VAC, Model HX-CR17 (J2KT0600); one (1) each, VGA Color Monitor, Desktop, 14", 115/230 VAC, Model HX-VMD (SP-100220); two (2) each Hostess Board to add 4 RS-232 Serial Ports, Model HX-D4 (KT-000008); one (1) each, Printer, 80 Column, Parallel, 115V with parallel cable, model PR2-1 (OI-200056-01); one (1) each of the following manuals: Installation Guide for Senstar 100 (DA-030202), Operator's Guide for Senstar 100 (DA-030203), Supervisor's Guide for Senstar 100 (DA-030204), Maintenance Guide for Senstar 100 (DA-030205). The contractor shall deliver the complete quantity; FOB Destination, to the U.S. Secret Service, TSD, 843 Brightseat Road (rear) Landover, MD 20785. Delivery to be completed within 30 days after receipt of award.
