MCU2P Gas Masks, Medium, Clear outsert lens carrier, and C2A1 Filter, Qty. 900. Required gas masks are a military contract protective mask and MSA is the only authorized manufacturer of the masks. Delivery within seven (7) months after contract award. F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Solicitation package is not available. This is a notice of intent to sole source and is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit capability statements and provide written pricing information. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice.
