The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order against Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-98-G-0104 with Raytheon Systems Company (RSC). RSC shall support the Joint Standoff Weapon System (JSOW) integration and test program on the B-1, F-15E, F-16 Block 30 and F-16 Block 40 and 50 MMC M2+. As the designer and developer of the JSOW, RSC is the only known source with the knowledge, expertise, and facilities necessary to accomplish this effort in the required timeframe.
