Hunter, Contracting Officer, 202/708-9256 B -- Pending the availability of funds, the U.S. Department of Education intends to solicit proposals to conduct a four-year study to evaluate the relative effectiveness of projects funded by the 21st Century CLC program and to identify strategies or models that are most useful in producing both in-school and out-of-school outcomes. The study includes an option to test the achievement of students in reading and math and an option for evaluation of summer school programs.
