General Services Administration, Northwest Arctic Region (encompassing the states of WA, OR, ID and AK) is looking for firms interested in coordinating management of the GSA rooftop telecommunications program. The service provider selected would market the rooftops to both federal and commercial users, with the goal of maximizing revenue. The firm will also be responsible for managing existing sites, collecting revenue, ensuring compliance with all FCC or other air-space regulations, maintaining and monitoring the equipment as necessary, restoring any damage to the roof and supplying GSA with market rent support documentation.
