The Contractor must be licensed in the state of Washington. The Contractor will be required to provide 2 clinics per week for 6 hours per clinic from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., for an estimated 104 clinics per year. Period of performance is one year (base year) with four (4) option years. The option years will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns under SIC 8042 and the size standard for a small business including its affiliates is not in excess of $5.0 million in average sales or receipts for the preceding three years.
