This will encompass approximately 1.2 million SF for tile flooring and 2.2 million SF of carpet. Other custodial items to be included are high and low dusting, restroom maintenance, glass cleaning, stair maintenance, and trash removal. Contract performance period will be for a basic and four additional option periods. It is anticipated evaluation will be based on the Performance Price Tradeoff method. The solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business concerns. The standard industrial classification (SIC) and small business size standard for this procurement will be SIC 7349/$12 million.
