Work will include demolition and reconstruction of plumbing fixtures, partitions, drains, lighting, piping, ceilings, ventilation, and restoration of some surfaces. Magnitude of project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is SUBECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Solicitation issue and response dates are TENTATIVE. Response date will be determined at time of issue. SIC is 1711. Period of performance is 540 days, and work is to be accomplished one company at a time during training cycle breaks of the companies. Amount of liquidated damages will be commensurate with criticality of this performance period.
