The work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials (except Government-furnished materials) for the construction work at McChord AFB, WA. The Contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work in accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications and provisions of the contract. Any sundry labor, materials, equipment and/or appurtenances not specifically detailed or specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided as an integral part of scope of work hereinafter specified. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. The on-site construction period shall be limited to 60 cumulative work days. In conformance with FAR 19-1300 this acquisition is being considered for a HUBZone set-aside.
