Nonpersonal services to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and perform all operations to replace roofing systems located on Building 254, 68 Walnut Ave, Youth Center. Remove the existing built-up and shingle roofing systems and reinstall built-up roof system on all flat roofs and shingle on all pitched roofs. Replace damaged shingles on mansard. Remove all gutters and downspouts and reinstall with new gutters/downspout and splash blocks. Existing canopy shall be rebuilt prior to installing new roofing system overhead. All loose sheathing shall be replaced with new on the existing mansards. Paint sheathing to match existing with a protective coating. Contractor shall maximize safety precautions due to children in this facility. Repair damaged areas in the canopy area to include but not limted to all damaged sheathing and joists. The reconstructed canopy shall be sloped to allow proper drainage to the roof drain. This project is 100% set aside for emerging small business.
