Upon removal, install new EPDM and built-up roofing systems. All areas that had a built-up roof system (excluding the canopy area) shall be replaced with a built-up roof system to include a base sheet and four-ply fiberglass felt roof system with gravel and insulation. The canopy areas shall have built-up roofing removed and replaced with EPDM. The canopy area shall have additional scuppers opened to allow proper drainage of the roofing systems. Repair damaged areas in the canopy area to include all damaged sheathing and cant. The canopy area shall be sloped to allow proper drainage to the scuppers.
