This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Submit written offers only (oral offers will not be considered), on requisition F41636-99-T-0806. Quote forms are available by FAX. Manufacturer name (Brand and type number) shall be provided with quote, along with technical literature. This procurement is restricted to Small Business only. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11, Standard Industrial Code 3612. Requirement is for switches. Quantity is estimated at (4) four each. Delivery service costs shall be included with quote.
