B -- FEASIBILITY STUDY & REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN FOR PRESIDIO OF SAN FRANCISCO, CA SOL RFP-FA-99008 POC Linda Wong (415) 561-5352 The Presidio Trust is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to prepare a Feasibility Study (FS) and Remedial Action Plan for environmental remediation at the Presidio of San Francisco. FS will be prepared based largely on existing data; will involve risk-based evaluation and selection of remedies for closure of landfills and cleanup of contaminated soils and groundwater. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including but not limited to specialized experience with projects of similar scope, past performance and cost. RFP available late June, closing date as stated in the RFP, 6-month period of performance to begin early September 1999. DATES TENTATIVE AT THIS TIME.
