RFP # PR-R3-99-10670 issue date is anticipated on or about 7/9/99. The proposed contract will be conducted in two (2) phases. Phase I includes the installation of a well extraction system consisting of one (1) vacuum system and well point with associated piping and instrumentation; operation of the system uninterrupted for a period of three (3) months; collection and analysis of samples from well extraction stream; off-site disposal of wastes generated during operation; and preparation of a report detailing findings. An option for Phase II includes the installation of up to three (3) additional wells with associated piping and instrumentation; operation of the full system for at least fourteen (14) months; chemical sampling and analysis of the stream; off-site disposal of wastes generated during operation; preparation of a final report detailing findings; and site restoration.
