Vendors must have previous ecperience working with the NAWQA Advsiory Committee and extensive experience in water policy planning and execution with the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This should include demonstration of previous work experience with Congressional staff and committees, federal agencies and non-profit organizations dealing in water information. Any interested vendor are asked to provide an affirmative response. An affirmative response must include, but not limited to price lists and any additional information indicting a bona fide ability to meet this requirement.
