This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to track data from participants in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) student programs, analyze and evaluate the data and make recommendations to the NHSC for future tracking requirements. The contractor shall: submit a workplan; communicate with grantees to coordinate the data collection; collect the tracking data; maintain the database; analyze the data outcomes; and prepare a final report. The American Medical Student Association/Foundation is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
