The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has a requirement entitled, "Capacity Building and Support Services for the Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) Program." The purpose of this requirement is to provide supportive services to Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) grantees and strengthen the capacity of the HCH Program to provide primary health care services to homeless people by conducting annual HCH conferences, maintaining an information resource librabry for HCH grantees and their subcontractors, updating and distributing an annual directory of HCH Grantees and their subcontractors, and producing and disseminating a quarterly information bulletin. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8742, with a small business size standard of $5 million.
