Y -- TWO PHASE DESIGN/BUILD, REPLACE AIR DRIVEN ACCESSORIES OVERHAUL AND TEST FACILITY, TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, MIDWEST CITY, OKLAHOMA SOL DACA56-99-R-0021 DUE 071599 POC Susan Killgore, Contracting Division, 918-669-7272 Two-Phase Design/Build for construction of a new 9,200 square meter facility and partial demolition/renovation of an existing 12,160 square meter facility (renovated area is 1,000 square meters). The facility workload is for testing of air driven end item accessories requiring 300 psi air flow at temperatures up to 800 degrees F. The structure will be reinforced concrete slab on piers and grade beam, steel frame and masonry walls. Also includes vehicle parking, utilities, fire protection and other necessary support. Estimated cost range of this project is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 14 June 1999, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROM) free of charge. IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
