Z -- SERVICE BUILDING INSULATION AND SIDING, VALLEY CITY AND FORMAN SUBSTATIONS, NORTH DAKOTA SOL DE-RQ65-99WC51399 DUE 071399 POC James E Dickey, Contracting Officer, (605)353-9215 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following at Forman Substation -- Provide wood furring, 2 1/2-inch thick rigid insulation, steel siding, and accessories to the exterior walls of the service building and ground service building steel siding, and at Valley City Substation -- remove existing roof gravel stop flashing around perimeter of building, provide raised perimeter edge with metal flashing, scuppers, downspouts and splash blocks, provide wood furring, 2 1/2-inch thick rigid insulation, steel siding, and steel siding accessories to the exterior walls of the service building and ground service building steel siding. The work is located in Barnes and Sargent Counties in North Dakota. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1542. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 17, 1999. The projected due date for receipt of quotes will be on or about July 13, 1999.
