Work is to include but not limited to the removal and replacement of the aggregate base and sub-base with a non-frost susceptible soils, cracks in pavement will be cleaned and sealed, all areas of asphalt concrete pavement including walkways will be overlayed. The parking lot will be expanded and drainage improvements will include regrading at the edges of the pavement. This Procurement is open to both large and small business. The cost range of this procurement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Estimated issue date is 6/4/99. Bid opening date will be on or about 6/30/99.
