The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Control Products Corporation (CPC), 1513 W. Jefferson, Grand Priairie, TX 75053, pursuant to authority in 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." 2. CPC will provide a F-16D, Block 25, NVIS Exterior Lighting Kit, which is compatible with existing systems. Kit will include exterior lights/strobes and installation kit with modification to existing equipment. 3. All responsible sources qualified to provide the stated equipment may submit information outlining equipment capabilities and qualifications by 19 June 1999. 4. A determination based upon responses to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
