The solicitation (Submission Number 334196) and amendment 0001 (Submission Number 334463) were printed in the CBD on 25 May 1999. AMENDMENT 0002 is issued to clarify 1) the description of CLIN 0001 and 2) the solicitation due date. 1) The description FELLER BUNCHER WITH ATTACHED SHREDDER/MULCHING MOWER is clarified to read FELLER BUNCHER INDUSTRIAL TRACTOR WITH FELLER BUNCHER ATTACHMENT REMOVED AND SHREDDER/MULCHING MOWER ATTACHED. The Government is interested in procuring only the industrial tractor with an attached shredder/mulching mower, not the feller buncher attachment. 2) The solicitation due date, as indicated in the text of the solicitation, should read 16 JUN 1999. Parties interested in responding to the RFQ should respond as indicated in the combined synopsis/solicitation, ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT within their quote.
