The Solicitation Number DTRA02-99-Q-0042 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The camera system upgrades for the OSHS-M shall include the Omnispeed HS-M sensor readout increase from 320 to 400 pixels, horizontals, Omnispeed HS-M camera esposure index increase from E.I. 4000 to E.I. 6400, and Omnispeed HS-M camera selectable gamma value option, (2) DTRA shall provide the following Government Furnish Equipment (GFE): 2 Kodak MegaPlus 1.0 ES, 3 OSHS-M Cameras, 4 Interface Software Package, 4 Camera Control Cards, 2 Computers, and 2 IRIG Cards.
