The type of machine per location shall be selected from a predetermined copier configuration provided in the solicitation. Copy machine maintenance/repair service, user training, and all consumable supplies (except paper) are to be furnished for each copier. Copiers shall be new. The solicitation is a multi-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity with Economic Price Adjustment. It is anticipated that multiple contract awards will be made from the solicitation. Award of the contracts will be to those sources whose proposal offers the greatest value to the Government in terms of performance, price and other factors. The award date is within 30 days from the closing date of the Request For Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources shall submit a written proposal that will be considered by the Minerals Management Service. No facsimile or telex quotes will be accepted.
