Furnish seasonal paper decoration kits, corrugated display counterwraps, and various other miscellaneous decorations for the following shipment timeframes: October shipment consist of: Christmas, Winter and Valentine; February shipment: Spring, Summer, Easter and Patriotic; July shipment: Fall, Thanksgiving and Halloween. Decoration kits and counterwraps are to be delivered to commissary locations throughout the Continental United States, Europe, and Far East with multiple delivery schedules according to the season. A total of approximately 10,850 kits and 17,550 counterwraps per season are required for the various locations. Evaluation of proposals will be on an "ALL OR NONE BASIS". A firmed fixed price Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite Quanity type contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis.
