(202) 307-3069 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services
for substance abuse treatment for male and female Federal offenders in
the Martinsville, Virginia area, held under the authority of various
United States Statutes. A Firm-Fixed-Price-Requirments type contract
with a one year base period and four one-year option years are
anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through
September 30, 2000 shall include services for five inmates as follows:
intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (24 half
hour sessions per inmate), and group counseling (24 half hour sessions
per inmate). Services for option years one, two, three, and four shall
include services for ten inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per
inmate), individual counseling (24 half hour sessions per inmate), and
group counseling (24 half hour sessions per inmate), respectively. The
first option year period will be October 1, 2000 through September 30,
2001, the second option year period will be Octboer 1, 2001 through
September 30, 2002, the third option year period will be October 1,
2002 through September 30, 2003, and the fourth option year period will
be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. All serivces shall be
performed in accordance with the Tranisitonal Services Statement of
Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Substance Abuse
Treatment" dated May 1999. Proper licensing in the State of Virginia is
required. The estimated issue date for Request for Proposals (RFP) is
June 16, 1999. The estimated closing date for the RFP is July 16, 1999.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered
by this agency. No collect phone calls will be accepted. No telephone
requests for the RFP will be accepted. Requests for RFP 200-0532-MA
