The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Chicago Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Field Review of Appraisal services for the Grand Rapids, MI office under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The reviewers will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisals performed by qualified appraisers. Three geographic areas are specified: R-CHI-00381 -- Area A (Kent, Muskegon, Newago, and Ottawa counties); R-CHI-00382 -- Area B (Isabella, Mecosta, Montcalm, Gratiot, Ionia, Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Jackson, and Hillsdale counties); and R-CHI-00383 -- Area C (Allegan, Barry, Van Buren, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, and Branch counties) with the intent of awarding three purchase orders not to exceed $50,000 each. The estimated quantity for each area is 45 reviews per month. These services will be required on an as needed basis for 3 months with an option to extend. The SIC code is 6531.
