The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking small business organizations in order to establish a Technical Assistance Service Center (TASC) for the new State Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program. The TASC will provide services to the Office of Rural Health Policy (ORHP) grantees (mostly State Office of Rural health) and their stakeholders, rural hospitals and their communities, national organizations, research centers, as well as others involved in this program. The Center will become an easily accessible and effective resource and will meet its customer's needs with high quality, responsive and integrated services. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8742, with a small business size standard of $5 million.
