HUD intends to procure the services of a qualified inspector to perform field reviews of 203(k) Inspections and Architectural Plan Reviews within the states of New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Homeownership Center. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for a 1-year contract term with possible extension of two additional 1-year periods.
