Contractors must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in the type of work listed above. Contractors must = also possess the capabilities of working at least three to five jobs at = the same time. Specific Work Order/s will be issued by the = Contracting Officer in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule and = Specifications. The base term of the contract will be for one (1) year with four = (4) possible one-year renewal options, for a total of five (5) years. Individual work orders will be negotiated for each project. The contract maximum for individual work orders is $100,000. The = total amount of work ordered over the five (5) year period cannot exceed $2,500,000. MBE/WBE participation is encouraged. Offerors will be required to submit One (1) "Multiplier" to be applied to the = various labor categories listed in the statement of work. The Multiplier = must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowances for such items will be made after contract award.
