DLA DEFENSE REUTILIZATION AND MARKETING SERVICE (DRMS), RFP SPO700-99-R-7004, PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISITS The Defense Logistics Agency will host a Pre-Proposal Conference for Solicitation SPO700-99-R-7004 at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, OH on Wednesday, June 23, 1999 at 8:00 a.m. There will also be DAISY hands-on demonstration scheduled June 23, at 8:00 a.m. Site visits will be conducted June 14 through 18 and June 28 through July 1, 1999. The purpose of the site visits is to afford potential offerors the opportunity to view the facilities and operations that are stated in Solicitation SPO700-99-R-7004. The site visits are scheduled as follows: Tuesday, June 15, St. Julien's Creek, VA, 8:00 -- 10:00 a.m., and Richmond, VA, 1:00 -- 3:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 16, Meade, MD, 9:00 -- 11:00 a.m.; Thursday, June 17, Letterkenny, PA, 8:00 10:00 a.m., and Mechanicsburg, PA, 1:00 3:00 p.m.; Friday, Jun 18, Lakehurst, NJ, 9:00 -- 11:00 a.m; Monday, June 28, Portsmouth, NH, 9:00 11:00 a.m; Tuesday, June 29, Groton, CT, 9:00 11:00 a.m.; Wednesday, June 30, Tobyhanna, PA, 9 -- 11 a.m.; and Thursday, July 1, Drum, NY, 9 -- 11 a.m. In order to promote informative and successful site visits, only those having confirmed reservations on or before June 11, 1999 will be permitted.
