PROGRAMMING SERVICES -- FOCUS The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis, through Computer Constructs, 5723 Wooden Hawk Lane, Burke, Virginia 22015, the services of a senior computer programmer/analyst consultant proficient and well-versed in the design, development, maintenance and implementation of applications software using Information Builders, Inc. (IBI) FOCUS v6.9.4 or later in a VAX-VMS environment. No solicitation document exists and a request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that a comperable service is available that is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this service through sole-source contract, award will be made to Computer Constructs. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Any quotations received must include education, relevant experience, and loaded hourly rates. Contractor is expected to work 2.5 days per week or 1,000 hours from date of award for a one (1) year period. Included as a part of this award, there will be an option for a one (1) year additional period, if services are required by the Government, after completion of the base year performance period.
