The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This procurement is a 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. Those prospective offerors who are Small Business are invited to participate in this procurement. The offeror shall provide all coordination, equipment, labor, management, materials, supervision, supplies, tools, and transportation necessary to provide soil ersoion control services to sites located at COMNAVMAR Ordnance and Sasa Valley Fuel Farm. Soil erosion control requirement encompasses the following four factors: soil preparation, plant selection, plant stabilization and watering. During plant stabilization, technical requirements states that the sites shall be hydro seeded or installation of erosion control blanket if hydro seeding is not possible. The purpose of the soil erosion control measures are to reduce sheet and rill erosion, reduce transport of sediment down slope, onsite or offsite, improve wildlife habitat/visual resources and establish vegetation on disturbed areas. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 0900 on 08 July 1999. Attendance to the site visit is highly encouraged. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 25 June 1999 and due on 27 July 1999 at 1400 Guam Time.
