The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program, as a commercial items acquisition, on a full and open competition basis using simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13 for Cellular Telephone Network Services. The Cellular Telephone Network Services will have twenty-four hour air time access for both Analog and Digital service at various activities in support of the Naval Submarine Support Facility, New London, Groton, CT. The period of performance is a one (1) year base period effective 1 October 1999 or date of award, whichever is later, with provision for options for two one-year periods through 30 September 2002. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 7384. A fixed price indefinite delivery requirements purchase order is contemplated.
