The U.S. Coast Guard will issue a solicitation for Busing Services in Honolulu, Hawaii. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material equipment, transportation, supervision and permits to perform busing services to transport a maximum of seventy-five (75) students from the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Housing area (Kia Kai Hale (KKH)) to the Red Hill Elementary School and back to KKH. Performance shall be in accordance with the standards contained in the Statement of Work and applicable purchase order clauses contained in the solicitation. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The SIC Code is 4151. The small business size standard is $5 million annually. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. The contract base period will be October 01, 1999 through September 30, 2000, with two(2) option year periods.
