The geographical area of participation is limited to Oklahoma 8(a) certified contractors. Project consists of construction of a 21,500 square foot conforming storage building and a 2,700 square foot administration building. Both buildings will require concrete rib mat foundations with slab floors, CMU walls, and standing seam metal roofs. The site work includes an access road, parking lot, fencing, and site drainage. Water, sewer, gas and electric utility lines are required. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 21 June 1999, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROM) free of charge. IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
