Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to replace Center Tower Cab at Dare County Range. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, fabrication and erection of Tower Cab. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract. The performance period is 105 calendar days. The first 45 calendar days are material approval and delivery and the remaining 60 calendar days are for onsite performance. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $17 million.
